The firm is able to provide exceptional services for U.S. and foreign business entities because of the highly qualified skills of its attorneys and staff. Dennis M. He also graduated in the top 10 percent of his class from Hastings College of Law in San Francisco and served on the Editorial Board of the Hastings Law Review. To further his understanding of international transactions and conflicts law, he undertook studies in public and private international law at the International School of Law, The Hague, Netherlands.

Mr. Sullivan is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Tax Court. He has extensive experience in U.S. and international cases, including trial and appellate litigation as well as arbitration and mediation.

In 2003 he was appointed Legal Advisor to “swissnex,” a special Annex of the Swiss Consulate in San Francisco operated in conjunction with the Swiss Science Agency. These positions of trust have been an important factor over the past several years in developing excellent contacts with local and international businesses and law firms in the Bay Area.

In 1998 the German Ambassador to the United States bestowed on Mr. Sullivan the prestigious “Federal Republic of Germany Friendship Award,” which is given annually to a very select number of individuals in the United States.
